I recently "adopted" an abandoned puppy. She was only about 4-5 weeks old. We are trying to get an idea of what breed mix she might be. She has black white and tan coloring and very blue eyes. Our vet thinks that she will be about 20 lbs when grown ( she weighs 9 lbs now and is approx 12 weeks old. The blue eyes are really blue and show no signs of changing. Any ideas?

Alas, yours is a question I cannot answer. I do know that your dog's genealogy is a matter of supreme indifference to her. It is a mystery you can take delight in pondering for years to come.
