Hi, I'm fairly new to the agility world, and I would like input about adopting a rescue iggie and doing agility work with it. I have a small mix, and she's doing great, so a brother or sister to go to the meets with would be a real plus now that I have at least some knowlege of what to do at a meet. Any input will be appreciated. |

Judy:
There are many web sites devoted to greyhounds. One is http://www.adopt-a-greyhound.org/ but if you do a search on the words "greyhound rescue" you will find many more. I hope this gives you some place to start, at least. |

Iggie are not greyhounds they are a toy breed built like a greyhound. If the one i had for a short while is any indication your iggie would enjoy the attention and the chance to run. Mine also was much like a sight hound when it came to getting his attention once he fixed on something. I do think it would be great to see one in agility. |
