Maggie is a female 4 month old puppy. She ran away from home in Flushing Qns. when the cleaning maid opened the door. Maggie was picked up by a nearby crossing guard. We know that a lady in a red car stopped to ask the guard for directions. They both got into a conversation about Maggie. The lady in the red car said that she owned two dogs of her own and did not want another but told the guard that she would find Maggie a home. The crossing guard put the puppy in the back seat of the car and the lady drove away. The owner's came home from work later that evening to find a note on their door from the cleaning lady telling them that their puppy had run way and was nowhere to be found!!!
