I have to small beagles that could be yours... one male and one female. They are not puppies and are house trained. I live in Dale City.

You can go to Petfinder.com or 1-800-adoptapet and put in your criteria and small dogs in your area should come up. I am on the Eastern Shore of MD (close to Ocean City), so I don't really know of any rescues - but I know there are several small/multibreed reputable rescues in Maryland.
